Curt burgener
Mr. Burgener is an experienced and proven senior executive and owner of BH Developers. Over the last 25 years Curt has owned and managed some of the largest regional dry-bulk transportation companies in the Rocky Mountain region. Today, Curt provides Board of Director Services to those companies where he continues to have interests. As Curt has transitioned from transportation he has turned his attention to real estate development in Colorado. Mr. Burgener has successfully developed over 400,000 square feet of commercial real estate over the last 20 years and it’s from this platform which BH Developers will continue to grow. Curt’s passion for building companies with a culture that is underpinned by providing great customer service while building trust during the entire process.
jeff brines
Mr. Brines is an experienced financial and operations executive across various industries. Jeff joined BH Developers in 2016 as the Executive Director and CFO. Prior to joining BH Developers, Mr. Brines had served as CFO and CEO for various companies over the past 25 years. Jeff’s track record of driving shareholder value has been his greatest accomplishment over his long and successful career. Jeff graduated with an accounting degree from Regis University in 1980 and MBA in 1992 .
Tammy Pearcy
Mrs. Pearcy is an experienced Real Estate professional of 20 years. Since joining BH Developers in 2015, Tammy has led the property management objectives including the formation of a experienced and accountable property management team that has earned the trust of every tenant. Tammy’s contributions to BH range wide including advisory services for all strategic initiatives and directing property management activities, HR and accounting for BH Developers
